I hope this finds you all safe and well.

In an effort to keep the business of the Club functioning it is proposed to hold the AGM on Saturday 8th August at 10:30am, utilising the stand.

In order to make this happen and meet the required guidelines with safety paramount, it will be necessary to have in place the following arrangements: -

a) All members wishing to attend the AGM are required to register your intent giving your name, email address and contact number – none of these details will be displayed openly to comply with Data Protection. Registration link - https://forms.gle/cHhwLwn2D3KRBPbU6

b) On arrival please use the car parking spaces allocated.

c) As you access the Stand area – physically distancing – you will have your temperature taken, attendance confirmed, and your seat allocated, hand sanitiser will be available. Access to the Stand will be by the 1st stairway. At the close of the meeting exit from the stand using the 2nd stairway adhering to the rules in place at that time.

d) If there are any nominations submitted by a member this must be submitted with the required seconder to me no later than 21st July. In the event of a vote, this will form part of the registration document and will not be open for any other member to view maintaining a secret ballot. Only those attending will be given the opportunity to vote.

The minutes and any other relevant documents will be posted on the Club website ahead of the meeting, there will be no copies distributed on the night.
