Please note that this year’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) is to be held in the Dalziel clubhouse on Monday 13th June starting at 7pm.

All subscribed club members and honorary life members are cordially invited.

Election of the committee and discussion of club status is a vitally important part of the club functionality and success. Member’s attendance is therefore actively encouraged and sought.

Nominations for the following vacancies are requested: -

• Secretary/Minutes Secretary
• Membership Secretary
• Fixtures Secretary
• Girls Youth (midi) Convenor
• House/Bar Convenor

As our Youth sections continue to grow we would also like to appoint two Child Protection Officers - one for the Dinkies/Dragons (mini) section and one for the Youth (midi) section. This should be a non-coaching volunteer. Our current Child Protection Officer is available to discuss the requirements of this essential role.
